Introduction

These are non-verbal; shape and symbol based tests. There can be varied types of these tests but for ISSB, emphasis is laid on three types of tests; i.e. Series, Analogies and Classification tests. In Series Tests candidates are required to guess next position of a shape or symbol. Analogy Test are tests where comparison is drawn and then a guess is made about correct choice.  Classification Tests are tests where correct answer is guessed based on categorization of the given question choices.

Classification

In these tests candidates are required to classify (categorized) given items into groups for their similarity or dissimilarity

Analogies

In these tests two sets of figures, designs or drawings are given; candidates are required to compare and find correct missing choice to solve problem

Series

In these tests candidates are required to predict the missing position of a figure/shape based on previous positions  of the figure or shape
