Introduction
ISSB Group Discussion Task is test taken by the GTO. In this task, the group (9-10) candidates sit in a circle. A random topic is given to these
candidates for discussion. The topic on which the majority of candidates agree is chosen for discussion. GTO may give a random topic to candidates. Every candidate speaks on the give topic. This test is designed to check moral courage, self-confidence and knowledge of the candidates. Good performance here would elevate candidates stature with GTO and group of candidates. Here we will discuss important aspects of Group Discussion.
ڈسکشن ٹاسک، جی ٹی او (گروپ ٹاسک آفیسر ) لیتا ہے۔ عام طور پر اس ٹیسٹ کیلئے امیدواروں کے گروپ کو ایک دائرے میں بیٹھایا جاتا ہے۔ اور چند ٹاپکس (عنوان) دئیے جاتے ہیں۔ جس ٹاپک پر امیدواروں کی اکثریت متفق ہو جاےَ وہ ٹاپک ڈسکشن کیلئے لیا جاتا ہے۔ یہ ٹاپک جی ٹی او، اپنی طرف سے بھی دے سکتا ہے۔ دئیے گئے ٹاپک پر ہر امیدوار کو دو سے تین منٹ دئیے جاتے ہیں۔ اس ٹیسٹ کا مقصد امیدواروں کا اعتماد، علم، اور خوداعتمادی چیک کرنا ہے اس ٹیسٹ مِیں بہتر کارکردگی گروپ اور جی ٹی او کے سامنے امیدوار کو نمایاں کر دیتی ہے۔
