Power of Intention; Step-3

Step-3
Believe to Achieve

One great example of using intention’s power is seen in iron ships. In the past, ships were always made of wood because wood floated on water, while iron sank. People later discovered that iron can float if it’s not heavier than the water it displaces.

Why did it take so long for people to realize this? They were too focused on what seemed impossible rather than what was possible.

The main message here is: To achieve something amazing, you must believe it’s achievable. Don’t dwell on how hard or unlikely it is. Think about Alexander Graham Bell, who invented the telephone. He didn’t think about not communicating. Similarly, Thomas Edison, the lightbulb inventor, didn’t dwell on darkness. Like these innovators, don’t waste time thinking about failure if you aim to succeed.

Imagine that you’ve already achieved what you want. Picture it as a reality happening now, not in the future. The author used this technique when writing a book; he imagined it was already written.

Your imagination is linked to the energy field of intention. When you use it to visualize having what you want, you connect to the power of intention, making your desires real. Sadly, many don’t value their imaginations, mistakenly thinking sheer willpower is enough, not realizing imaginative power is crucial.

Still not convinced? Think about firewalking, where a person walks over hot coals with bare feet. If you expect to get burned, you’ll need lots of willpower and likely burn your feet. But if you imagine walking unharmed, the author suggests you can cross without a blister. That’s the difference between willpower and imagination.
