Many of us want to be happy and make our lives better. We’re looking for something called enlightenment, but we’re not sure how to find it.
Guess what? The first step is easier than you think.
We usually think about what happened before or what might happen later. Sometimes, we remember or feel sorry, and other times, we plan or worry. But what we forget is the one moment we can fully enjoy: right now.
This moment.
Why is it so important? Because everything happens in the present. Even when we talk about the past, it actually happened in a moment that was once present. The future is just a bunch of moments waiting to happen.
So, it’s not helpful to worry about the future or think too much about the past. The good stuff comes from living in the now. If you can do that, you won’t have big problems, just little ones you can handle.
Imagine you have a big task, like writing a scientific paper. It might seem hard and confusing. If you keep worrying about what’s left to do or regretting not starting earlier, you won’t make progress. But if you take it step by step—collecting information, making a plan, writing a little bit at a time—it becomes much easier.
So, try to live in the present! Let go of the past, don’t worry too much about the future, and you’ll see how much better your life can be.

Enlightenment.
Living in the present moment.
Because everything happens in the present, and it’s the only time we can fully enjoy.
We neglect the present moment.
There are no advantages; it’s better to live in the now.
It actually happened in a single, present moment.
Because you can handle small problems as they come up.
By solving one little problem after another, like gathering data or writing a chapter.
Stop clinging to the past and stop fearing the future, and live in the present.
Living in the present, letting go of the past, and not worrying too much about the future can make life much better.
