Thoughts Can Change our Physical World

Aging can happen differently for each of us, and some age more gracefully than others. Various factors, like bad habits, limited access to healthcare, and genetics, contribute to this process. However, there’s one factor we often overlook: our attitude.

We’ve already learned how our thoughts influence our character and the situations we encounter. It’s no surprise that our thoughts also affect our physical well-being.
